Greetings from the beautiful spring snow draped Ruby Mountains!  What an Easter surprise it was to awaken to 4 feet or more of crisp, white snow!  Snow or not, I am excited to move into spring time with many exciting new plans for the Art World.  This month is the last month that I will be offering art classes at Great Basin College at a very low price.  I have had such wonderful feedback from my students and peers that I couldn’t help but offer at such a bargain one last time.  This month’s class is called WATERCOLOR PAINTING.  I would gladly welcome past and new students for a fun and creative new take on Watercolor. Hope to see you there.

I have submitted three pieces to our Newspaper Elko Daily Free Press for their Elko Artists Online.  If you don’t receive the print edition, you can view it this week at elkodailyfreepress.com.

In closing; I am very much excited and passionate about the possibility of designing an Art Program for underprivileged but artistically inclined children by working with the State of Nevada.  I believe that providing a Art program for these children will provide them with the creative incentive that can open avenues for achievement in any pursuit they may dream of. Stay tuned for an update!
